The deck has a huge number of holes for attaching special rigging accessories. Sizes and locations of holes facilitate securing of any vehicle.

The deck is made of steel sheets and reinforced with internal stiffeners.

Deck parts are cut from solid steel sheets using the MESSER plasma cutter.

The lifting gear tilts the deck by 15°, and the vehicle is easily rolled on the deck.

Then the lifting gear lifts the deck carrying the vehicle until it is leveled horizontally.

The lift structure provides a safe clearance between the deck and floor to protect operator’s feet.

The deck lifting height is tailored to the most comfortable operator’s position during the body repair.

The tower-type pulling device ensures permanent pulling force and direction.
Thanks to a great number of holes in the frame, the pulling device can be fitted at a minimum distance from the area under repair. The tower travels around the deck requiring no dismantling.

Each pulling device travels directly over the frame covering the 360° area. It takes little time to move the device and does not require much effort.

Two pulling devices assist the operator to quickly and easily create the counter traction.

A unique roller gear helps to move the pulling device around the periphery of the deck.

Thanks to the quick locking clamp, the pulling device can be easily locked in no time at all. Hand tools are not required.

Two teeth on the clamp reduce the load applied to the deck and ensure more safe and reliable locking of the pulling device.

The roller to adjust the chain height reliably locks in a turned groove of the pulling device.

The top clamp is swivel to prevent the chain from twisting.

To pull the body sill aside without removing a clamps: just remove the bolts which fasten the capture base to the deck to let the capture slide together with the straightened sill.

A wide choice of adaptors for vehicles without flanging available. All adaptors are attachable to universal captures including those for frame cars.
