Pulling system SIVER H is intended for collision repair of damaged vehicles, any vehicle with rocker (sill) panel is suitable. The main goal of using floor system is great space saving of your bay.
The system’s consists from floor-mounted frame and movable tower (installing components are included). Modular system allows easily assemble one or more bays of desired dimension.
The unique clamp design allows using special adaptors for securing rocker (sill) panel; adaptors fasten on the tower with bracket or chock.
Standard clamp height - 400 mm
For system with scissor lifts instead supplied clamp height of 700 mm.
Optional scissor lift allows easy car instalation and work at a comfortable height.
10t pulling devices are used for pulling. Pulling tower can be fixed in any place of the system with keys and pins. Then you can proceed to the pulling. Repositionable collars allow accurately adjust pulling direction. Puller pillar can be secured to the frame in many positions.
There is also modification SIVER HV which is equipped with vector pulling device instead of regular pulling tower. The unique design of the in-floor system SIVER HV allows to apply several vectors to the same point simultaneously. Single 10t vector provide with enough efforts for straightening middle size damages, for serious misalignment better use simultaneously 2, 3 vectors or pulling tower. The process of installation/ reinstallation of the vectors takes only 1 minute! It allows repairing faster than regular pulling system.
To repair minor damages, one-vector 10 t force is sufficient. More significant damages require a pulling tower or two / several vector pullers applied simultaneously. It does not take more than 1-2 minutes to rearrange vector pullers on the frame to change an angle of force application. This configuration ensures quicker vehicle pulling as compared to the conventional pulling bench. To proceed, one vector puller will be sufficient. Later on, you can equip your pulling bench with a pulling tower or 2 / 3 vector pullers.
