The pride of company is the newest model of the portal plasma cutting machine MultiTherm 4000 produced by MESSER Company (Germany). It is operated by computer, capable for cutting half-finished material any complexity – top and bottom bases for the platform Siver Е and sheet bars for details of other pulling machines.
Two 6 х 3 m "tables" for metal cutting allow organizing continuous working process – while on one "table" sheet metal is cutting, and the other one is using for unloading ready base and uploading new sheet metal.
Plasma cutting machine provides high quality slitting, additional processing is not required. Machine cuts metal in water with high accuracy (up to 0,1 mm), the max cutting speed is 35 m/min. Cutting in water it is reliable, economic and ecological technological process, does not make loud noise, no dust and UV radiation. Constant cooling by water prevents temperature deformation of half-finished material.
Siver Company Tool shop consists of modern machining centers production by MORI SEIKI (Japan) and HAAS (USA).
Is based on turning-milling machining center CNC MORI SEIKI NTX2000. This machine is designed for complex precision machining parts used in the aerospace industry, medicine and in the manufacture of semiconductors.
Other machines also have high accuracy and speed of production. This is a vertical milling and drilling HAAS VF-3B, and lathe MORI SEIKI NLX2500 and HAAS TL-1.
Every cutting part features high quality, no need in additional mechanical work.
Even the production of blanks for future details and structural elements is carried out in modern CNC machining centers.
Cutting of metal rolling on preparations carried out CNC machine MEP Shark 310 (Italian).
A cutting and bending sheet metal - a hydraulic press EHT ProfiPress 130 and guillotine AMADA GS 1230 from Germany.
The platform is assembled on special control template ("conductor") with inert gas welding. Half-automatic welding machines VARIO MIG 400, produced by German company DALEX, provide equal and holeproof welded seam.
Nowadays almost 100% of all welding works are carried out on the automated welding sites which include two welding robots KUKA (German) and FANUC (Japanese), both are equipped by German welding systems ELMATECH, and also 3 positioners, one of which is absolutely unique due to the of precision accuracy with the length more than 4 m. The quality of the seams on each welded product equally faultless, and speed of welding allows producing necessary quantity.
After the elements of pulling systems are assembled they are moving tothe paint-spraying booth. The using of high-quality multi-component paints gives a qualitative covering. First coat and colouring process occur in paint-spraying booth World Eco 7000 (produced by Italian company Blowtherm). The air for this operation provides powerful compressor R'SEC20 of French company Belair equipped with a dehumidifier and the microfilter.
As soon as assembly work and functional test are done ready pulling system is sent to the customer.
